This process begins right from receiving Demand Letter from the company to understanding the client needs to entire selection process and goes all the way to follow ups with both clients and candidates, post-recruitment. Each & every professional recruited by us is selected after conducting an extensive assessment of its relevant Domain Knowledge, Industry Experience, Skill Set and Qualifications.
Selection process involves different stages. These include:
Documentation of paperwork is done for identifying the candidate details.
Screening and testing of candidates for desired profile.
Final Selection is based on results of tests conducted which ensure compatibility of selected candidates with that of given job profile they applied to.
After receiving the power of attorney and demand letter from the client.
Permission to be obtained from Emigration Department, Mumbai.
Release the advertisement in leading newspapers having the best response reach to target appropriate candidates.
Receive applications, scrutinise & shortlist candidates.
Send the short-listed candidates CVs to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them.
Organise final interviews with clients and send candidates for trade test (if necessary).
Get new list of shortlisted candidates Send candidates for medical test.
Receive final confirmation from the client.
Candidates should duly sign the acceptance letter of terms & conditions and Salary.
Process of Emigration Clearances. (for ECR candidates)
Issue Air ticket for the candidates for their departure.
Inform Client regarding the schedule time and flights details of the candidates.
Client should make necessary arrangement for receiving candidates from airport.
