The employer and Pinazil International should execute an agency agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties Towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.
The Employer / Principal will formally issue a Power of Attorney in favour of Pinazil International appointing us as their true and lawful attorneys and agent in India in respect of handling all affairs concerning recruitment.
The employer / Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favour of Pinazil International stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc.
The employer / Principal will formally issue a Specimen Employment Agreement / Contract stating the monthly salary , period of contract, place of Employment, and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage , accommodation etc.
Companies and establishments should issue Online Wakala (Letter of Authority) through Saudi Government Recognised Recruitment office, (ISTIQDAM) or https://enjazit.com.sa with approval of Chamber of Commerce. To process the visas of Domestic workers, i.e. House Driver, House Boy, House Cook etc. Wakala should be made only through recognised Saudi Recruitment office (ISTIQDAM), to obtain Emigration clearance for domestic workers agreement should be attested by the Indian Embassy.
It is advisable to have a M.O.U signed by the company (In the Country of employment and The Indian Recruiting Agent) for better understanding during the excution of the requirement.
All documents should be stamped, signed on company's letter head and couriered in original
Dates across all documents should be same.
There should be ONE specimen agreement for EACH category. This is only for the purpose of emigration clearance.
